Silver Lining.
A silver lining is a reminder of hope or a positive aspect in an otherwise negative situation.
Sliver lining can also be difine as positive thinking.
The phrase is often seen as part of the proverb :
Every cloud has a silver lining, meaning that there’s hope or something good to be found in every bad situation.
Keep your face to the sunshine, and you cannot see a shadow.

- Be optimistic
Learned optimism is a skill linked to motivation. Those who are optimistic tend to engage in constructive effort; whereas, disengagement from effort is more typical of pessimists
