As we grow, we experience an increasing number of significant life changes, including retirement, loss of friends, family, your career, you’re healthy, separation of children, being away from children, and even their financial problems, your independence, and the physical signs of aging.
Healthy ageing is much more than maintaining shape. It is about having good mental health and managing stress and eating right, exercising, and taking care of yourself.

- Pick up a long-neglected hobby.

- Play with your grandchildren.
- Learn something new, learn computer or earn a master’s degree.
- Get involved in your community, volunteer for, or attend, a local event or all social gatherings of relatives and friends.
- Take a course or join a club or choose a great job for better socialization.
- Spend a weekend in a place you never visited before and enjoy the beauty of nature.
